1. General
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the giveaway organised by TicketSwap B.V., registered at Rokin 75, 1012 KL Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“TicketSwap”). The purpose is to offer fans a chance to win tickets to Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix Spa-Francorchamps.
2. Participation
Participation is via TicketSwap’s dedicated giveaway page on our website or mobile app. Entry is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over with a verified TicketSwap account. Employees of TicketSwap or anyone directly or indirectly involved in this giveaway are ineligible. Multiple entries or use of multiple accounts by a single person will result in disqualification.
3. Period
The giveaway opens during the week of 06-07-2026 and closes at 23:59 local UK time on 12-07-2026. Winners will be selected after the closing date and notified individually by email. Once a prize has been claimed, this will be indicated on the giveaway page.
4. Prizes
2 tickets toFormula 1 Belgian Grand Prix Spa-Francorchamps 2026 are available to win. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Personal Data
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree that their personal data may be collected and used for the administration of the giveaway, the delivery of prizes, and shared with Spa Grand Prix for marketing and promotional communications. Spa Grand Prix will process such personal data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
The data will otherwise be handled in accordance with TicketSwap’s Privacy Policy. Participants may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time and may unsubscribe from marketing communications from Spa Grand Prix at any time.
6. Liability
TicketSwap is not liable for any loss, damage or incident arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the tickets. We provide no warranty for the tickets and are not responsible if the festival is cancelled. No substitute prize will be provided. TicketSwap reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or manipulating the process without notice.
7. Miscellaneous
